In this 3-bedroom townhome is your ideal beach getaway! Spacious, cozy and easy, this two – story townhouse that is just steps to the beach and comes with a shared pool. You’ll love spending all of your Island Time here! Exploration of the nearby area is fun and easy with the optional, fully-equipped 6-seater golf cart with Bluetooth speaker bar ($100/night), making it simple to take everything to the beach and navigating on North Padre Island in style.

The home’s bright and spacious interior will help you beat the southern heat, with casual furnishings and soothing neutral tones promoting rest and relaxation. The living room offers plush sofa seating and a smart TV for keeping up with all your stream-ready entertainment. The open floor plan organically blends living and dining spaces together, ensuring that no matter where you roam, you’ll always be a part of the conversation. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Grab a high-top stool at the counter to assist in meal prep or to grab a quick breakfast before jetting out the door. Steps away, the dining table seats 4 for more formal meals or sets a stage for a competitive family game night.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen-over-queen bunk bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
