So last night we went to Ben hur Speedway, and the heavy class needs driver etiquette training. I understand if I'm slower than you Moulton you need the skills to go around not drive through me. I am not your damn brake pedal.. get some driving skill and quite driving over your head. I about broke your glasses through your visor, do that **** again and I will.. you drive like someone else buys all your gear and have no ******* respect for them or others your driving against and the sad part when you go to the track officials they act like they are ok with it.. and they wonder why their kart count suck compared you years past

#1 reason I quit racing ben hur. If you're not a club member you have no say so and the track officials don't care about your opinion.

It's irritating as **** when it's called out in the driver's meeting no bumping for position in the corners and then they fail to uphold their own rule and you get a shoulder shrug from track officials when you point it out.

I haven't stepped foot at that track since I was intentionally taken out the first lap of the first heat of state race 2015. I never even picked up my trophy for coming 3rd in points that season. This was after destroying 2 karts that season and getting an email that I was banned from the track. Then after the race season was over my other driver was told I had a 3 race suspension. Failed kart counts= failed leadership

It will never end. Most tracks will not ban them or throw them out cause kart counts are already to low

I never understood the argument of "low kart counts so don't ban the problem driver." If you ban the problem driver/s you'll get 5x the kart count you lost from 1 guy being gone coming back to race...at least if you're consistent in enforcement and word spreads. Might take a while if you've already run your track into the ground....

Funny story everyone think it’s the track or personal. Maybe it’s the equipment or standard of your driving. Instead of jumping on an open forum maybe spend time in the shop.

Funny thing is he says the equipment is sub par.. and the tires came from him.. prep recommended by him..the chassis has 7 races total and the helmet cam shows him shove from before the light going in all the way to the apex.. before he causes us both to spin bending a nerf bar and cutting up a tire.. like I said he has no respect for anyone elses gear.. and I went straight to the track president and got a shoulder shrug.. after he stood next to the flagman in the driver's meeting where they stated this was prohibited.. and there's no petition form to be found anywhere.. let alone the scale house where they should be..

And all I said about personnel was it's …..they say one thing to the group, then do the exact opposite one on one..

This is the biggest reason I decided to hang it up after 30yrs of racing. The last couple of years the banging people out of the way has gotten out of hand and like you said if your not in the track group they don't care. A couple of years ago the track I raced at made up a one and your done rule which only applied to me.( one spin out and your done)

I don’t think complaining on bob’s is going to get you very far here
